Cancellation & Returns Policy

1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled under the following conditions:
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided production or customization has not started.
- Once customization, branding, or production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled.
- To cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately with your order details.
We reserve the right to approve or decline cancellation requests based on the order status.
2. Cancellation of Customized Orders
Most of our products involve custom branding and bulk customization.
- Orders with logo printing, branding, or custom packaging cannot be cancelled once production begins.
- Advance payments made for customized products are non-refundable once production has started.
3. Returns Policy
Due to the nature of bulk and customized corporate gifting products:
- Returns are accepted only in case of defective, damaged, or incorrect products delivered.
- Products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.
- Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to inspect returned products before approving any return or replacement.
4. Replacement Policy
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- We will provide a replacement after verification.
- Replacement timelines depend on product availability and customization requirements.
- Replacement shipping will be arranged by our team.
5. Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or branded products
- Bulk orders made as per client specifications
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Clearance or special discount items
6. Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued only under specific conditions:
- If the order is cancelled within the allowed cancellation period
- If replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method or bank transfer.
7. Delivery Issues
If your shipment is delayed due to:
- Courier partner delays
- Natural events
- Unforeseen logistical issues
We will make every effort to resolve the issue, but such delays may not qualify for cancellation or refund.
