  • Standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Customized or branded orders may require additional processing time depending on the complexity of customization.
  • Orders are processed only on business days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

2. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary depending on the product type, order quantity, and customization requirements.

Typical delivery timelines:

  • Quick Delivery: 3–7 business days
  • Standard Delivery: 8–12 business days
  • Extended Delivery: 13+ business days

Customized or bulk orders may take additional time depending on branding and packaging requirements.

We offer Pan-India shipping and deliver to most cities and locations across India.

If your delivery location is in a remote area, delivery timelines may vary slightly.

7. Delivery of Customized Products

Customized or branded products require additional production time before shipping.

Please ensure that logo files and customization details are submitted promptly to avoid delays.


8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order is received in a damaged condition:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging.

We will review the issue and arrange replacement if necessary.

In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.


9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

We are not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
